A global insurance solutions company is looking for a Growth Analytics Associate. The selected candidate will unify business data, uncover growth drivers, measure initiative impact, and deliver executive-ready insights that support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and governance of a single source of truth across Commercial, CX, and Digital data
• Define shared metrics, data standards, and quality thresholds to improve reporting consistency and accountability
• Conduct cohort, attribution, driver, and unit economics analyses to identify performance trends and business opportunities
• Measure initiative impact through A/B testing, before-and-after analysis, and ROI, feasibility, and risk assessments
• Build KPI dashboards and executive reporting structures to monitor performance and support timely action
• Deliver insights for management reviews while coordinating with analytics and cross-functional teams to scale data-driven practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, economics, business or a relevant domain
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboarding and insights
• Prior experience translating complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Proven experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and before/after effectiveness analyses
• Excellent SQL skills
• Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience owning analytics frameworks, governance, or SSOT at a country or cross‑functional level
• Prior experience with data pipelines and advanced Power BI environments
• Proven analytics experience in subscription‑ or retention‑driven businesses (insurance, eCommerce, SaaS)
• Background in statistical modelling or machine learning (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting)
• Prior background supporting executive‑level reviews (MBR/QBR) and scenario‑based storytelling
• Proven background in process improvement and standardization through cross‑functional collaboration
• Skilled in Python or R for advanced analysis, automation, or modelling
