AIエンジニア/ AI Engineer

An IT services organisation is seeking an AI Engineer. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing impactful AI solutions, bridging IT and business, and guiding projects towards success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand existing business processes to implement successful AI solutions
• Bridge the gap between IT and business, develop business cases, and deliver data-informed recommendations
• Articulate business needs of AI solutions, balancing feasibility and financial/functionality
• Connect business and technical domains to ensure AI solutions deliver tangible value
• Understand the business landscape and AI capabilities to guide projects to success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective AI solutions and strive for career excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related fields
• More than 6 years of practical experience in AI or data science fields
• Practical experience with AI related consulting or management assignment
• Prior experience in AI-related technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision is ideal
• Hands-on experience in consulting or project management for AI projects is a plus
• Previous experience in creating roadmaps for AI adoption, ROI analysis, and risk assessment is preferred
• Experience in data analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL is desired
• Native level Japanese; business level in written and verbal English
