An international eCommerce company is searching for a Data Scientist. The candidate selected will drive the optimal use of data science to resolve identified problems. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-shot analysis
- Create and use PoCs to design data science products
- Provide leadership to junior colleagues
- Assist in identifying suitable solutions in resolving problems
- Aid in defining the organisational strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in analytical work
- Expertise in programming using Python and SQL
- Working knowledge of predictive modelling with GBDT
- Background in project management
- Advanced presentation skills
- Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+); English proficiency (TOEIC 600+)
