カスタマーサクセス担当/ Enterprise Client Success Executive
A global software company is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Executive. The selected candidate will manage strategic customer relationships, drive product adoption, support renewals and expansion, and turn customer insights into long-term business value.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to align account plans with each customer’s business goals
- Execute agreed success plans and keep deliverables on track against timelines
- Build and maintain joint impact plans for key accounts to support value realisation
- Guide customers on new features, product releases, and adoption opportunities
- Monitor usage trends, address renewal risks, and recommend actions to improve retention
- Lead business reviews, surface expansion opportunities, and represent customer feedback internally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 7-10 years of experience in roles such as Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other client-facing positions
- Skilled in media monitoring, SaaS, PR, or Marketing
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services
- Professional level Japanese and English
