営業オペレーション アソシエイト/ Sales Ops Associate
A global IT company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate. The selected candidate will drive data-driven sales productivity, forecasting, and performance improvement by objectively analysing sales activities and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales activities and performance to identify issues and improvement opportunities
- Plan and implement initiatives to improve sales team productivity
- Define sales KPIs and build sales forecasting models
- Conduct performance analysis and develop improvement strategies based on target achievement
- Create analytical reports and insights using sales and CRM data
- Support the design and operation of incentive systems, including quota and OTE
- Collaborate closely with sales members to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Apply quantitative and data-driven approaches to diagnose issues and implement solutions
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of sales operations experience
- Practical experience resolving issues through proactive communication
- Experience using and learning Python and SQL
- Experience managing and analysing sales or retention data using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficient in structured strategic thinking and execution planning
- Non-essential requirements: Understanding of B2B SaaS sales; experience building new business processes; experience using CRM or sales efficiency tools; experience creating reports with BI tools such as Tableau
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in establishing new business processes
- Prior experience using CRM and sales efficiency tools
- Experience creating reports using BI tools such as Tableau
- Understanding B2B SaaS products and sales
