SDR - リーダー/ SDR - Leader
A multinational data protection and ransomware recovery company is seeking an SDR Leader. The chosen applicant will drive pipeline growth, support sales, and foster collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive overachievement of pipeline generation goals through coaching, performance management, engagement, and career development
- Manage team performance against pipeline generation quotas, execute operating plans, and ensure sales objectives are met
- Foster collaboration with sales and SDR Leadership to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
- Collaborate with marketing managers and product marketing to develop effective messaging for converting inbound interest and outbound leads into a qualified pipeline
- Work closely with Sales Leaders to identify and grow net new business in assigned prospecting areas
- Nurture a positive team environment aligned with the company's core values
- Drive top-of-funnel revenue and contribute to continued business growth by consistently achieving individual and team quotas
- Monitor daily activity of SDRs, including sales activities and effective use of the company CRM
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of SDR management or supervisory experience; telephone and internet-based sales experience
- Proven track record of driving high volume, transactional sales, along with more
complex enterprise sales - Ability to work well with all levels of people and teams in a matrix organisation
structure
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce), sales operations, or marketing automation software
