パートナーセールスマネージャー/ Partner Sales Manager
A multinational technology company is seeking a Partner Sales Manager. The selected candidate will develop and manage partnerships with system integrators, resellers, delivery partners, and alliances while supporting go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with Global System Integrators, Resellers, Value Added Resellers, Delivery Partners, and Alliance Partners
- Develop joint business opportunities and partner development programmes to support ecosystem growth
- Create and manage go-to-market business plans with partners, setting quarterly and annual objectives
- Collaborate with Partner and Alliance Leaders to advance key partnership initiatives
- Foster ongoing relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and client teams
- Lead partner enablement efforts by aligning on products, services, and strategies
- Serve as a trusted resource for sales teams and support joint sales execution
- Scale partner-led sales activities, including pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity management
- Engage directly with partners to identify use cases, quantify business value, and support high-impact deals
- Identify pipeline opportunities for AWS Marketplace and manage forecasting and lifecycle tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of proven experience in technology sales roles
- More than 5 years of working directly within partner channel sales environments
- More than 2 years of experience selling AWS Services or managing deals through AWS Marketplace
- Experience in forecasting pipelines, negotiating deal terms, and executing partner-led large-scale deals
- Skilled in financial modelling for deal development and negotiation
- Ability and willingness to travel
Preferred requirements:
- Experience presenting before executive leadership teams
- Prior SaaS Partner Sales or Development experience
- Background in Programme or Project Management
- Possess a valid AWS Sales/Technical Certification
