カスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Customer Success Manager

A global software company is seeking a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer success by managing post-sales adoption, ensuring best practices, and optimising the use of PLM solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise subscriber programs to ensure effective PLM solution adoption
• Conduct health checks, benchmarks, and coaching sessions to drive customer success
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver software and service solutions efficiently
• Provide progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities to support business growth
• Facilitate issue escalations and align support with customer business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field
• More than 5 years in sales, service delivery, or customer success management experience
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years of Product Lifecycle Management software experience
• Prior manufacturing industry experience
• Experience deploying technology or services with large enterprise or global customers
• Deep understanding of desired outcomes and business values for adopting PLM solutions
• Understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer management
• Proficient in Japanese and English
