プリンシパルプリセールスCAEエンジニア/ Principal Presales CAE Engineer

A global engineering software company is looking for a Principal Presales CAE Engineer. The selected candidate will support healthcare and life science clients by delivering technical solutions and guiding product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Account Managers throughout the sales cycle from strategy planning to post-sales
• Deliver technical content to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all technical activities
• Identify opportunities to displace competitors and expand product usage
• Communicate key customer requirements to product development teams to influence the roadmap
• Provide compelling product demonstrations and, when necessary, offer training on the company’s solutions
• Stay updated on software releases and guide future product development

Requirements:

• Practical experience as a vendor in healthcare or life science industry
• Prior experience using commercial CAE tools within an engineering environment
• Hands on experience using company HyperWorks, OptiStruct, RADIOSS, or other CAE simulation software
• Previous experience with programming languages (TCL/Python or similar) is ideal
• Experience working in a software company in a Pre-sales role is a plus
• Familiarity with life science processes and standards
• Background with numerical solution techniques used in FEA
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; conversational level English
