インテグレーションシニアマネージャー/ Integration Senior Manager

A renowned pet healthcare company is seeking an Integration Senior Manager. The selected candidate will execute integration plans and assess security risks to ensure compliance and protection in mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy digital technology standards for M&A across APAC
• Execute the Digital Technology Integration Playbook, managing timelines for pre-close and post-close integration
• Assess information security and data privacy maturity in newly acquired businesses
• Collaborate with functional experts to implement information systems, security policies, and standards to close gaps
• Enforce controls and governance to meet external regulations and Digital Technology standards
• Report progress and integration status to Regional and Global stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in multiple security functional areas
• Experience in information security, data privacy, and PCI compliance
• Proficient with risk-based security frameworks (NIST)
• Skilled in building relationships with senior-level stakeholders
• Possess valid security certifications (Security+) a plus
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
