サービスコンサルタント/ Service Consultant (Sales)

A renowned technology solutions company is seeking Service Consultant. The chosen applicant will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored IT and security solutions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term cooperation
• Understand client needs, design appropriate IT and security solutions, and conduct business negotiations
• Leverage internal and external resources to provide customised solutions for clients
• Manage and execute sales processes efficiently

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of B2B sales experience (IT, technology, or consulting industries are preferred)
• Excellent execution skills and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English (New TOEIC 750+)

Preferred Requirements:

• Existing industry relationships or a strong professional network
