クラウド営業マネージャー/ Cloud Sales Manager
A global cyber protection company is looking for a Cloud Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead partner acquisition efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead partner acquisition strategy and deliver assigned sales targets across Japan
- Manage and coach a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed goals
- Develop and expand the partner ecosystem by recruiting and enabling new service providers
- Align go-to-market strategy with Marketing, Channel, Product, and Support teams to accelerate partner success
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with forecasting, reporting, and operational discipline
- Represent the company with partners and stakeholders, strengthening relationships and ensuring long-term growth
- Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement for people and processes
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of proven success in sales and business development, ideally in cloud or SaaS
- Experience driving revenue growth through partner acquisition and disciplined pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams, developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture
- Deep understanding of the Japanese cloud channel ecosystem and strategy execution
- Proficient in Japanese and English
