カスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Customer Success Manager

A multinational cybersecurity company is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The selected candidate will support enterprise clients by maximising product value, proposing solutions, and promoting product utilisation to help achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring successful product implementation and adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored security solutions and strategic recommendations
• Utilise data to implement and evaluate measures that enhance customer experience and product effectiveness
• Support the expansion of the Vision One business by contributing to cybersecurity risk reduction
• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and security solutions to provide expert guidance
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across different levels and departments

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as client liaison or account management
• Experience in cross-functional project management is ideal
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to propose security solutions
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and customer success principles preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English
• Proficient in English
