A global cybersecurity company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise). The selected candidate will act as a trusted adviser to clients, ensuring they maximise the value of industry-leading solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of Client Solution within assigned accounts
- Work with customers to design their Customer Security Strategy
- Collaborate with the Sales Team for customer renewals
- Monitor adoption rates of assigned accounts and provide insights
- Identify potential issues and work with the wider business for resolution
- Facilitate a seamless Customer on-boarding process
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience in customer-facing organisations (Customer Success Manager, Engagement Manager, Project Manager, PMO, Account Executive/Manager, or Sales Engineer)
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Creative thinker with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- Ability to grasp basic and advanced technical concepts and strategy
- Proficient in English
