An international technology company is looking for a Business Development Manager. The selected individual will focus on selling IT solutions to clients while coordinating design and build requirements. This role is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Territory and account management
- Utilise relationships with decision makers
- Prospect and qualify new engagements
- Collaborate with key teams and partners
- Stay informed about market trends
- Educate customers on company technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
- More than 10 years of technical sales experience (account manager, server sales specialist, solution architect or pre-sales engineer)
- More than 3 years of sales experience in server products (custom and semi-custom designs)
- Experience in sales in large accounts (Cloud providers and internet companies)
- Prior experience selling of future and current technologies (AI, Big Data, Cloud, Edge and HPC solutions)
- Native level Japanese; business level English
