A global software company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer. The selected candidate will deliver solutions, support, and training to ensure customer and partner success.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products
- Manage upgrade services as project lead for customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners to drive success
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of products and problem-solving techniques
- Train and mentor new support team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical domain
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience in C# and JavaScript
- Prior experience with Web application development
- Proven experience in SaaS support and application administration
- Knowledge in SQL
- Business level Japanese and English
