エレクトロニクス取引サポート/ Electronics Trade Support

An Electronics Trade Support role is now open in a global financial institution. The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of electronic trading systems. This is a temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate technical support to Front Office traders for Pre-Trade systems (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Yensai) and booking systems (Orchestrade)
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flow between market systems, Pre-Trade platforms, booking systems, and pricing engines
• Analyse error logs, including FIX protocol logs, to identify system failures or component issues
• Perform daily system health checks and validations to ensure trading platform stability
• Respond promptly to urgent issues, minimising system downtime and trading disruption
• Develop and maintain support procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with traders to understand business requirements and system performance issues

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of trading business, particularly UST (US Treasuries), JGB (Japanese Government Bonds), and Linear Rates products
• Proven experience in technical support or production support roles
• Proficient in analysing technical logs, specifically FIX protocol logs
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively with Front Office traders
• Technical understanding of system integration and data flow between
  trading platforms
• Technical troubleshooting expertise
• Strong business acumen in fixed income trading
