テクニカルプロダクトエンジニア/ Technical Product Engineer

A foreign IT company is looking for a Technical Product Engineer. The chosen applicant will provide technical support, training, and professional services to customers and partners while supporting sales and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support to customers
• Provide professional services to customers
• Conduct timely training and technical workshops for partners
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise in pre-sales activities
• Participate in the localisation of products and manuals
• Develop solutions and architectures that meet advanced customer requirements

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience with support of an Identity Access Management solution (ID 管理、ガバナンス、申請・承認ワークフロー、プロビジョニング、統合認証、 フェデレーション、2 要素認証)
• Experience in technical documentation
• Skilled in OS (Linux, Windows)
• Background in LDAP or Active Directory
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Programming experience in Java or PHP
• Background in database (MySQL)
• Knowledge of web technology (Apache, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of Oracle database
• Knowledge in Cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of network protocols
• Knowledge of federation technology (SAML)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Native level Japanese
