ITスペシャリスト / IT Specialist

A global omnichannel marketing production company is looking for an IT Specialist. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive IT support across Japan and assist the regional and global IT teams on various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Help Desk support for offices and client sites
• Coordinate with Regional Helpdesk for Desktop support
• Perform network maintenance and administration tasks
• Support implementation of Corporate and Local IS Systems
• Set up laptops, desktops, mobiles following IT policies and procedures
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for queries and liaise with third-party vendors and global IT resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in desktop support for both hardware and software
• Practical experience in administering systems (MS Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, MSSQL, Juniper and Cisco)
• Prior experience in Adobe products
• Hands on experience in Apple hardware and products
• Previous experience with Global Active Directory
• Knowledge of VOIP systems
• Possess a valid IT Security or TAFE certification is preferred
• Proficient in English and Japanese
