ソリューションサポートエンジニア/ Solution Support Engineer

A global enterprise software company is looking for a Solution Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical and functional support for applications, ensuring customers efficiently implement and operate their solutions. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solutions to technical and functional issues
• Enable customers to implement and operate solutions efficiently
• Collaborate with other Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure great customer service
• Report errors and code defects to development teams, prioritising fixes, and validating solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
• More than 3 years of experience in Support, Consulting, Software Development, IT, or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in providing technical support in customer service roles
• Experience with error log analysis, Java, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTML, and web browser debugging
• Proficiency in programming (Java, C++, ABAP/4, etc.)
• Skilled in ERP, BI, SAP products, or similar solutions and business processes
• Solid troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in English
