シニアエスカレーションサポートエンジニア/ Senior Escalation Support Engineer

An international IT company is looking for a Senior Escalation Support Engineer. The qualified candidate will be in charge of providing technical solutions and support for enterprise customers. This is a hybrid setup position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investigations on the company's products for customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprise customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues
• Own problem resolution and collaborate with internal teams
• Analyse technical issues and propose solutions to prevent them
• Work closely with engineering teams on customer issues

Requirements:

• Experience in providing technical solutions and support for enterprise customers
• Prior experience as an escalation engineer working with support engineers, R&D and QA teams
• Knowledge of Linux Operating System (mandatory), Windows Operating System (mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies, K8S, Databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
