オペレーションサポートエンジニア/ Operation Support Engineer

A global insurance company is seeking an Operation Support Engineer. The selected candidate will ensure smooth operations through system enhancement, troubleshooting, and testing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for business applications and infrastructure, resolving system issues and performing root-cause analysis
• Lead continuous system enhancement projects for operational improvements
• Maintain system support documentation, create reports, and automate operational processes
• Monitor infrastructure health, escalate issues to global IT, and ensure follow-up on incidents
• Participate in and guide maintenance testing, reviewing plans, and managing risks
• Coordinate complex testing efforts and contribute to successful project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in software development or engineering organisations
• Proven experience in business analysis, design, development, production support, and infrastructure
• Skilled in distributed technologies (Python, .NET, C#, SQL, cloud hosting)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Forms, and SharePoint is a plus
• Availability to work outside normal office hours for global coordination
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and workshops
• Business level Japanese and English
