A renowned IT services company is looking for a Teamcenter Administrator. The selected candidate will support large Teamcenter implementations, troubleshoot various user and system issues, and ensure smooth operation across regions.

Responsibilities:

• Support large Teamcenter implementations for 500+ users
• Troubleshoot performance, integration, and dispatcher service issues
• Deploy licenses and resolve related problems
• Build new environments and refresh from production
• Manage Teamcenter Admin CAD/ECAD integration
• Create reports, training materials, and document FAQs
• Act as the primary contact for problem resolution and address systemic production issues
• Provide support for Teamcenter Multisite issues across the US and APAC

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in Teamcenter administration and support
• Experience in Teamcenter admin activities, functionalists, and configurations
• Prior experience in Teamcenter installations, configuring integrations and troubleshooting
• Understanding of Teamcenter 2-Tier and 4-Tier Architecture
• Excellent debugging skills and executing root cause analysis
• Bilingual level verbal Japanese and English
