A global leader in supply chain platform technology is seeking a Support Engineer. The selected candidate will act as a technical and application liaison, ensuring seamless client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as technical and application liaison between clients and internal teams
- Communicate product and solution expertise to customers
- Document all case interactions with clients
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service and build client partnerships
- Follow operational guidelines for team interactions
- Learn new technologies to support client needs
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in SQL and batch scripting
- Experience in SCPO suite (Manugistics Networks Demand, Fulfillment, Collaborate, Monitor) or i2 Solutions (Supply Chain Planner, Factory Planner, Inventory Optimization, etc.)
- Prior experience supporting applications on public cloud (Azure is ideal)
- Knowledge of Azure SQL scripting and SQL Server database queries
- Understanding of SCM
- Proficient in Japanese and English (TOEIC 800+)
