A renowned technology company is searching for a Tech Support Engineer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for providing technical support and implementation support from corporate mobile voice to corporate products.
Responsibilities:
- Aid solution proposals for corporate business services
- Deliver technical assistance for projects and PM for individual projects
- Develop technical operations necessary to introduce new business
- Build outsourcing partners
- Manage security, groupware, BizChat, etc.
- Verify individual projects for service implementation
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in implementation systems and implementation support related to services
- Experience in services in the telecommunications or caari sector
- Prior project management experience is a plus
- Background in the telecommunications sector is desirable
- Possess a valid IT industry certification (Information Technology Engineer, MS-900, etc.) is preferred
- Native level Japanese; basic level English (business level is advantageous)
