A global technology organisation is looking for an A/V Operations Support. The qualified applicant will support company internal events from all technical AV standpoints covering remote, in-office, and hybrid setups. This is a haken position.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in Zoom for both production and administration
- Operate and set up camera systems, sound boards, microphones, and other AV equipment
- Navigate Google Suite proficiently, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and related applications
- Employ Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder for basic video editing, rendering, and content creation
- Provide support through JIRA ticketing, addressing issues, tracking information, and managing expectations
- Develop and maintain team documentation, user knowledge base articles, and internal wikis to support team efficiency
- Stay updated on features of current A/V equipment and industry trends to incorporate new technologies effectively
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in the Audio-Visual field
- Practical experience in providing IT Support for corporate, hospitality, or entertainment venues
- Prior experience in providing IT Support with familiarity in Zoom platform
- Experience with AV equipment (cameras, video conferencing, or sound boards)
- Background with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual level Japanese and English
