A global technology firm is searching for a Business Intelligence Support. The chosen candidate will extract and load data from various sources into the BI platform. This is a hybrid and long-term contract role based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Implement data quality tests and validation processes for BI data accuracy
- Optimise data models for efficient querying in the BI platform
- Transform raw data into dimensional models using data transformation pipelines
- Improve data query, report, and dashboard performance
- Develop engaging reports and interactive dashboards
- Uphold data security and compliance by enforcing access controls and encryption
Requirements:
- Practical experience in Data Engineering (Python, dbt Cloud, Apache Airflow, Fivetran, or Snowflake)
- Previous experience in Data Analysis (Microsoft Power BI, SQL, or Snowflake)
- Knowledge in Security (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Tenable, OneTrust, Snyk)
- Background of Enterprise - Microsoft Intune / JAMF / Puppet / Azure Active Directory
