A successful IT services organisation is in need of a Technical Support Professional. This position will be responsible for handling IT issues, communicating with customers and backend engineers, tracking tickets, etc.
- Oversee help-desk call handling
- Communicate with customers for verification of user's requests and resolving problems
- Coordinate with customers and back-end engineers
- Track tickets
- Handle e-mails for technical related issues
- Help-desk or customer service experience
- IT experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operation system, hardware, network basics etc.
- Fluent level Japanese language proficiency; High level conversational English proficiency (reading and writing)
