An exciting SaaS company is searching for a Technical Support Engineer. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for direct support for customer developers and administrators.
- Provide technical support to customer developers and administrators
- Provide web, e-mail, and direct telephone support
- Work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Understanding of web applications stack
- Experience with dynamic HTML components
- Basic networking and system administration skills
- Excellent proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
