An international consumer electronics company is looking for a QA/Customer Service professional with a tech/wireless devices background. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests as the representative of the well-known electronics brand.

- Own post-launch support for any products in Japan with customer satisfaction and timely response.
- Direct customer complaint handling and customer regular quality review
- Track and report post-launch quality issues and feedback from carriers, sales team, and other relevant sources
- Investigate reported issues locally, determine root causes and drive resolution with appropriate local resources
- Deliver accurate and clear information when investigating customer issues with headquarter resources
- Deliver customer requests, issues, information when communicate with headquarter, and optimize the answer, report from headquarter to satisfy customer expectations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Scientific disciplines
- 3+ years’ experience in technical support, product testing and/or quality assurance in the wireless industry
- Advanced knowledge and/or experience with PC hardware and software
- Advanced level verbal and written proficiency in Japanese
- Business level verbal and written proficiency in English
- Competency in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
