A global digital solutions provider is now seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience working for a call center. This role is responsible for troubleshooting for complex product issues pertaining to installation, upgrades and network problems.
- Offer customer support via telephone, email and live chat
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Identify areas of improvement in complex customer issues and take corrective actions
- Work with management to provide feedback to improve products’ vision for customers’ business success
- Gather information and document customer issues through the CRM system
- Provide assistance to the issuance process of products
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year’s experience in a call center
