A leading international technology group is searching for an individual with experience in IT support and infrastructure. As a member of IT Service Desk, you will ensure the optimal performance of internal systems, ensuring that issues are promptly documented and resolved.
- Maintain 24/7/265 optimal system performance for local systems and remote systems including but not limited to: global Active Directory, Symantec, VMWare, Citrix, SQL and other various Windows network services and applications
- Develop, use and maintain standard work documentation; develop and follow support procedures in compliance with the company’s operating standards
- Work collaboratively with the support team and the rest of the IT organization to define problems, collect data, establish facts, find root causes and implement appropriate actions
- Maintain, support and expand the cabling structure in data centre, cooling, electrical and fire suppression system
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related work experience
- 4-8 years’ experience within IT support and infrastructure
- MCSE, VCP and CCA certification preferred
- Project management skills
- Strong oral and written skills in English
