- Document customer requirements and review use cases
- Monitor general onboarding of new accounts and successful technical implementation
- Strategise, conceive, and execute internal processes to improve the customer success organisation and service offerings
- Identify areas for improvement or enhancement in both the software integrity product line and the company functions as a whole
- Assist in the attainment of business renewals
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a technical customer facing role with 5+ years of related experience
- Working proficiency in at least two programming languages – C/C++, C# or Java preferred
- Extensive experience with security testing and network protocols
- Solid understanding of open-source software libraries such as glib, OpenSSL, Boost, etc.
