UI/UXデザイナー/ UI/UX Designer

A renowned technology company is seeking a UI/UX Designer. The selected candidate will design user-friendly interfaces, analyse user behaviour, and drive improvements to optimise the overall user experience. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Create prototypes, mock-ups, and assets in line with design guidelines
• Analyse user behaviour using web analytics tools
• Improve UI and UX based on user behaviour and feedback
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to ensure design accuracy
• Maintain and enhance the existing UI library, including CSS and JavaScript
• Propose improvements based on UX considerations and business strategy

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Prior experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Vue.js is ideal
• Experience in data analysis, market research, VoC analysis, and user research in Japanese is a plus
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
• Skilled in collaborating with developers and business teams for implementation accuracy
