オートメーションサービスUXリード/ Automation Services UX Lead

A financial services organisation is searching for an Automation Services UX Lead. The chosen applicant will be in charge of driving the UI and UX reform as part of the ServiceNow platform roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Understand user challenges and design optimal user experiences with ServiceNow
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with management-level stakeholders
• Align with the vision, direction, and roadmap of the internal Automation Services team
• Leverage agile frameworks to unlock new needs from stakeholders
• Prioritize outstanding requests and ensure deliverables align with product strategy
• Work with internal teams to find new ways to make better use of current products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related field is preferred
• More than 10 years of DX Designer experience in a financial institution, consulting firm or IT firm
• Detailed ServiceNow product knowledge (especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, AppEng, and Knowledge Management, DevOps) is a plus
• Knowledge of Design Thinking Methodology or similar framework methodology that helps UX designing is a plus
• Solid understanding of ITIL is a plus
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English
