データセンタースーパーバイザー/ Data Centre Supervisor

A global data centre solutions company is looking for a Data Centre Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee operations, ensure SLA compliance, and manage critical systems maintenance while coordinating with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary liaison with clients for daily operations and incident escalation
• Coordinate with partner teams in Japan to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor SLA compliance and implement corrective actions
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor activities for critical systems
• Manage BMS/EPMS monitoring, alarms, diagnostics, and escalation processes
• Ensure safety compliance, risk assessments, and operational procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, facilities management or comparable specialism is ideal
• More than 7 years of experience in the operation of critical building infrastructure (electrical and mechanical) in the Data Centre sector or similar high availability industry
• More than 3 years of management experience
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience as a fire marshal
• Possess valid Chief Electrical Engineer certification
• Possess valid electrician license
