ITサービスアセットマネージャー/ IT Service Asset Manager

A global financial firm is seeking an Infrastructure Service/Asset Manager. The selected candidate will coordinate asset management activities, support relocations, and manage vendor contracts. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage desktop data-bearing assets throughout the IMAC (Installs, Moves, Add, and Changes) lifecycle
• Assist in managing the local team for desktop asset handling, including receipt, configuration, installation, and decommissioning
• Provide project management for IMAC activities and minor space reconfigurations
• Coordinate and support workspace relocations and personal item moves
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all move-related activities
• Administer contracts for construction and manage assigned vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Communication, Information Engineering, or related discipline
• More than 4 years of experience in technology and IT asset management
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Ability to accurately identify desktop hardware and understand networks, IP addressing, and voice infrastructure
• Passion for researching new technology and continuous learning
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
