IT Infrastructure Director

A prestigious company in the luxury goods industry is seeking an IT Infrastructure Director. The chosen candidate will lead IT initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure network availability. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Implement IT Infrastructure initiatives in line with guidelines
• Participate in strategic operational processes as part of the senior management team
• Develop and maintain organisational structure for IT infrastructure support
• Manage IT annual operating and capital budget
• Ensure high availability of network and server resources
• Maintain monitoring tools and set alert thresholds for proactive maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science
• More than 15 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in people management in a mid-sized company
• More than 5 years of experience in creating and executing an enterprise class network system (WIFI) for retail companies
• More than 5 years of experience in project management
• Understanding of system support and maintenance of cloud
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems (Active Directory, Exchange Online, TEAMS, meeting rooms)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Bilingual level English and Japanese
