品質・セキュリティオフィサー/ Quality and Security Officer

A renowned international IT services company is looking for a Quality and Security Officer. The selected candidate will oversee quality assurance and drive security performance within the site.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality assurance
• Formulate quality objectives and budget
• Define and approve quality system structure
• Assist in developing policies, processes, and procedures
• Approve quality documents before distribution
• Drive site security performance
• Promote and develop security methods and mindset
• Champion an open security culture
• Ensure deployment of documentation and teams
• Manage internal and external security audits
• Act as primary contact for security regulators and auditors
• Manage physical security incidents
• Chair site security management group meeting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in security, quality, or a relevant domain is ideal
• More than 6 years of experience in line management quality, HSE, security, auditing, risk management, IT systems, and project management
• Experience in a corporate setting with a matric organisation structure
• Understanding of ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO31001, ISO21500, Lean Six Sigma, 8D
• Proficient in Japanese and English (French is a plus)
