ITインフラ運用スペシャリスト/ IT Infrastructure Operation Specialist

A renowned financial services company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Operation Specialist. The selected candidate will manage and maintain web server infrastructure and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage web server infrastructure
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorisation technologies
• Administer web search tools like ELK stack
• Maintain strong customer relationships with developers and non-technical users
• Ensure cohesive monitoring across relevant infrastructures
• Collaborate with global counterparts for issue resolution and escalation
• Take ownership of problems from reporting to resolution or escalation
• Follow best practices, manage system changes, and report incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience supporting web technologies (TomEE/Tomcat, proxies, Apache, IIS, content management systems, etc.)
• Prior experience monitoring systems and log management and reporting tools (Sentinel, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK)
• Excellent scripting skills (Python, Unix Shell, and Perl)
• Understanding of Linux
• Familiarity with configuration management and DevOps toolchains (Ansible, Jenkins, and Git)
• Proficient in Japanese and English
