ソリューションアーキテクト/ Solution Architect

A global data analytics and cloud software company is looking for a Solution Architect. The selected candidate will design and lead scalable, compliant data architectures supporting pharmaceutical commercial data modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures for Japan pharmaceutical commercial datasets
• Build scalable data integration, transformation, and governance pipelines using modern cloud frameworks
• Define and implement Data Vault and Lakehouse architectures with strong data lineage, flexibility, and governance
• Ensure solutions comply with Japan's data privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Translate commercial KPIs and reporting needs into scalable data engineering and analytics solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure regulatory alignment
• Provide architecture oversight across ingestion, integration, quality, governance, and analytics layers
• Guide teams on coding standards, best practices, and performance optimisation
• Mentor engineers and analysts on cloud adoption, DevOps, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirement-to-delivery traceability
• Implement data quality, metadata, lineage, and reconciliation frameworks
• Drive Agile delivery practices and conduct architecture reviews and scalability assessments

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of IT experience
• More than 5 years of experience in data solution architecture
• Proven experience designing and implementing Data Vault and Lakehouse architectures
• Experience working with Japanese pharmaceutical commercial datasets and regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in Informatica IDMC/IICS, Databricks, Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Skilled in cloud platforms and DevOps CI/CD pipelines

Preferred requirements:

• Exposure to machine learning pipelines on Databricks
• Knowledge of advanced data governance platforms and data productisation
• Experience with Agile delivery tools and practices
