SAPアーキテクト シニアマネージャー/ SAP Architect Senior Manager

A multinational pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP Architect. The selected candidate will define ERP architecture strategy, lead large-scale SAP transformations, and translate business needs into scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define ERP and satellite system architecture aligned with business strategy and IT roadmap
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
• Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solution roadmaps
• Lead solution design and oversee implementation of SAP and integrated platforms
• Provide functional and technical guidance to ensure delivery of business value
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA and cloud-based architectures
• Act as a technology thought leader and advisor across global teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and service partners to ensure successful change delivery
• Promote innovation, customer satisfaction, and reduced total cost of ownership

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
• More than 12 years of experience in SAP consulting, system integration, or architecture roles
• More than 8 years of experience in large-scale transformation projects in SAP environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation projects and translating business needs into architecture strategies
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SuccessFactors, integration methodologies, and cloud platforms
• Possess a valid SAP HANA certification and architecture certification
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience with non-SAP products like COUPA, MS Dynamics, Rapid Response
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Fluent level Japanese
