AIアーキテクト/ AI Architect

An international software development company is looking for an AI Architect. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable data platforms and AI systems.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable and reliable data platforms and AI systems, including data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time streams
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation to production and monitoring (MLOps)
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, setting best practices, and code reviews
• Consult with client technical and product teams to define technical vision and roadmap
• Stay updated on AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering advancements to implement innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering
• Experience designing and implementing scalable AI systems in a production environment
• Extensive experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including their data and AI services
• Deep understanding of MLOps principles and tools
• Proficient with modern data platforms and tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, Kafka)
• Strong command of at least one major ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Exposure to LLMs like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc. and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LangFlow, etc.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one key programming language (Python, Scala, Java)
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI technologies
• Exposure to big data processing using PySpark or Databricks is
  an added advantage
• Experience with a diverse set of AI applications, such as computer vision, natural language processing, or time-series analysis
• Background in an industry with complex data requirements (finance,
  e-commerce, healthcare)
• A portfolio of open-source contributions demonstrating real-world projects and technical depth
