ソリューションアーキテクト/ Solution Architect

A global data centre and digital infrastructure company is looking for a Solutions Architect. The selected candidate will support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and developing solutions that align with customer business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support global field and channel sales with basic technology solutions
• Assist in the development of account technology strategies and deliver customer workshops
• Conduct research on technology trends and provide insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams on new product introductions and service initiatives
• Support sales and marketing with technical subject matter expertise and proposal content
• Analyse customer needs to develop tailored solutions and business cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related engineering discipline preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in the functional domains of Network, Datacentre, Enterprise IT Systems, including implementation and technical support is ideal
• More than 5 years of Solutions Selling in a commercial pre-sales position is a plus
• Experience in Network, data centre, and Enterprise IT Systems, including implementation and technical support; experience in commercial pre-sales and solution selling
• Proficient in developing technical solutions and communicating their value to customers
• Possess valid advanced industry certifications such as Cisco, VMware, MS, AWS preferred
