A business services firm is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk member with strong IT credentials. This role is responsible for fixing L1 technical issues and coordinating for L2 and L3 issues to be fixed to maintain end user satisfaction.
- Receive issues from end users and fix L1 issues
- Escalate issues beyond L1 limits over to L2/L3 team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Skills and experience in business consulting, software and network
- 1+ year experience in providing L1 support
- Experience working on any incident/defect tracking tools.
- Experience with retail domain preferred
- Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
