A prominent luxury goods company is looking for a HR controller. This position will have responsibilities covering HR controlling, compensations and benefits, HR reporting, and HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff cost forecasting processes and conduct monthly variance analysis
- Support the development of bonus schemes
- Prepare regular headcount reporting
- Track HR metrics and optimise HR reporting
- Develop and implement projects to promote a better work environment
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance or HR
- Business school or university degree in business management, HR, or finance
- Familiarity in finance controlling and payroll
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
