A multinational manufacturer of healthcare products is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager. The selected candidate will lead the development and execution of category and brand strategies while managing team growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop category and brand strategies using insights from trade and shopper marketing
  • Collaborate with franchise teams to represent CDD in category and brand strategy development
  • Create and update Customer Selling Stories every 6 months
  • Set KPIs and develop action plans to achieve them on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
  • Manage and coach team members through OJT and long-term development plans
  • Oversee the execution of strategies and monitor performance to drive success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 7 years of experience in FMCG business
  • Knowledge of business development and marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Fluent level Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+)
