A foreign IT company is searching for a Key Account Manager. The chosen applicant will manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts by delivering tailored IT solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Japan
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including TPM, hardware buy-back, rental, resale, lifecycle services, and financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at both technical and executive levels
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Support, Logistics, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer delivery
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews, pipeline forecasts, and customer success metrics
  • Promote post-warranty and end-of-service-life IT asset support solutions
  • Support secure data disposal, IT asset relocation, and sustainable hardware lifecycle management

Requirements:

  • Prior B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure, data centre services, or enterprise hardware
  • Proven track record in managing large enterprise or public sector accounts
  • Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management, TPM, or sustainability-focused IT services is a strong plus
  • Strong consultative sales approach with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Native level Japanese; business level English
