PRGMマネージャー/ PRGM Manager

An international food and beverage company is looking for a PRGM Manager (Profitable Revenue Growth Manager). The selected candidate will lead revenue growth management across pricing, assortment, mix, promotions, and trade terms to maximise profitability and provide actionable business insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Revenue Growth Management, including Portfolio Pricing, Assortment, Mix, Promotions, and Trade Terms
• Define and recommend pricing strategies and customer prices
• Recommend pack sizes and portfolio architecture by channel
• Manage assortment using category, brand, and channel strategies to identify opportunities
• Optimise SKU and brand mix to meet top-line and bottom-line targets
• Plan and implement promotional guidelines, budgeting, and evaluate promotion effectiveness
• Define trade term guidelines, ensure compliance, and plan interventions for efficiency
• Co-lead KPI setting for sales with the Channel Strategy & Planning team
• Track performance metrics and reflect improvements in internal systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business
• Strong experience in FMCG pricing, promotions, and trade terms management
• Prior consultancy experience is a plus
• Basic finance (P&L) knowledge
• Good understanding of products, distribution channels, market, shoppers, competitors, and positioning
• Native level Japanese; business level English
