A global technology company is looking for a Business Development Manager – Visuals & Accessories. The selected candidate will drive business growth in Japan by developing partnerships, executing sales strategies, and expanding market reach.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collaborate with distribution partners and resellers for online and channel business
• Work with the commercial sales team to enhance Attach business and track sales performance
• Analyse market trends and build product plans with the country 4P team
• Drive key sales metrics, including revenue, gross profit, and sell-through performance
• Strengthen partnerships with distributors and business partners through strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with marketing teams for brand development, promotions, and visibility

Requirements:

• Experience in channel sales and engaging with distribution partners in computer-related hardware, accessories, or peripherals
• Native level Japanese; business level English
